)--J.Jill, a leading omni-channel, nationally recognized women’s apparel
brand, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of
11,666,667 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of
$13.00 per share. J.Jill’s shares are expected to begin trading on the
New York Stock Exchange on March 9, 2017 under the ticker “JILL”. In
addition, an existing stockholder has granted the underwriters a 30-day
option to purchase up to an additional 1,750,000 shares at the initial
public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
The closing for the offering is expected to occur on March 14, 2017,
subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and Jefferies are acting as joint
lead book-running managers and as representatives of the underwriters
for the proposed offering. Deutsche Bank Securities, RBC Capital
Markets, UBS Investment Bank and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as
joint book-running managers for the proposed offering.
