Such communication will be forwarded to the intended recipient(s). Any communications directed to independent directors as a group will be forwarded to Michael Rahamim, who presides at regularly-scheduled executive sessions of independent directors. We currently do not intend to have our Secretary and General Counsel screen this correspondence, but we may change this policy if directed by our Board of Directors due to the nature or volume of the correspondence.
